1.If she gets her health bar low enough her clothes become tattered and it has phases for a certain amount of health like medium and low health.

2.The clothes becoming more and more broken could be linked to how much semen she has in her system.

3.Her image when she is impregnated with eggs from the monsters with different stages of her belly becomes more and more big due to the eggs inside her growing and maybe new images for Syahata for the status menu!
