i have been wanting the option to see certain scenes with varied level of clothing, though it would mean re-coloring a lot of the sprite animations. maybe it could be something for the full release?

You could possibly use locations that have other features,mechanics and weapons that could be locked behind progression or something else (dlc). for some features like watersports (piss play) and other features could could be done via those unopened doors and stuff

I'm surprised that their is no fear mechanic that causes hallucinations and stuff and maybe a enemy only seen and can attack you only when hallucinating. Fear and hallucinations can stop when in save areas or when all enemies that aren't stuck in place are killed.
