I tried becoming a member through Fantia and Ci-en but there is no Mastercard or Visa option for the credit card or at least I haven't found any. Sorry to disappoint you, but it’s nearly impossible to create games for ios. There seems to be no way to download any apps on ios (apart from app store, which certainly won’t allow an adult game to be up there). And it’s also pretty hard to make games to be compatible to ios, so yeah. I also use iphone, and I understand your feeling :(
will there be any way for people in the U.S. to get the game? cause the DLsites don't allow you to make purchases if you live in the U.S. cause they don't accept the cards

Try turning off full screen mode in the options and lowering the resolution, then restart the game and try it.
