also I suggest adding outfits which can give boosts like swimsuits, military officer, naked etc there's a bug that small spiders can't interfere with the character on the ground
I think it would be cool if she encounters more weapons, especially melee, she knows how to use a pistol and a rifle without training, so why wouldn't see be capable of using a baseball bat, boxing gloves or even a chair.
I think in the game should have unlockable outfits depending on what you do in game. Like Having sex so many times gives you a Naked skin, or giving birth to so many insects gives you a Pregnant skin, get through the game as a virgin gives you a Angel or Nun skin etc. Still love the game!

So if I didn't want them around I should have fought harder. If anything it should become harder since I didn't fight them off. Unpopular opinion, but maybe have a speed de-buff the more eggs she has in her. Also maybe there is a small chance one of the larvae with crawl back into Syahata and emerge later as a full grown insect.
I'm always ready to wait for you to update the next version, I hope the map will be added and fix the loading screen zoom, it's quite buggy when playing on the phone

I draw at 2k+ resolution and then compress as needed in the game engine.
If you mean pixel art, there is no specific size, you may need to adjust it to your target style.

I'm not very familiar with aseprite, maybe you can try changing Fast Rotation to Rotsprite, then the rotation effect should be better.
